St. Louis College of Pharmacy at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Requirements for CE Credit
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION AND CLAIMING CE CREDIT:
(1) Register in advance on the respective alumni web page and attend. Be sure to sign in.
(2) Visit this page. Expand each section using the + sign to learn more. Select the session you attended by checking the box to the left of the title.
(3) Click Register. Doing so will link your attended session to your account.
(4) You will be asked to log in. If you do not have an account, please create one. If you are unsure, use the password reset tool - if you do not have an account associated with that email address, you will receive an error.
- Note: To better protect your privacy, this system is independent from our alumni system.
(5) Return to this event page. If you are not automatically redirected, click the "My account" tab above to view your current enrollments.
(6) Click the evaluation button beside the session you attended.
(7) Enter the evaluation code - this was given to you at the end of the session you attended.
(8) Complete the evaluation - we value your feedback! All responses are stored anonymously.
- Evaluations remain open for only two weeks (14 days) after which time you will be unable to claim your credit.
(9) Click to submit your evaluation. As soon as you submit, a report will be automatically generated using the NABP ePID and DOB stored in your CE profile and sent to CPE Monitor. Please allow up to 48 hours to view your credit in your online NABP profile.
(10) If desired, you may print a statement of attendance from the "View/Print Certificate" tab above. This is only a statement of attendance and does not replace credit reporting through CPE Monitor.
Participants are responsible for ensuring accuracy of credit reporting and receipt of credit. It is recommended that participants log on and reivew the information under "my account" prior to submitting the evaluation. NABP ePID and date of birth must be accurate for credit reporting to occur. Evaluations cannot be reopened after 14 days.
Participants are encouraged to check their NABP eProfiles for receipt of credit within one week of submitting their evaluation(s). If a participant notices an error in credit on their NABP e-profile, they are encouraged to contact our office as soon as possible. To best comply with ACPE's CE credit reporting policy, St. Louis College of Pharmacy is unable, for any reason, to award or correct CE credit if more than 60 days have passed from the event.

Alicia Forinash, B.S. ’00, Pharm.D. ’01, FCCP, BCPS, BCACP, professor of pharmacy practice, will discuss treatment approaches to opioid addiction during pregnancy.
Golden Peters, Pharm.D., BCPS, associate professor of pharmacy practice, will discuss ways the College is helping improve over-the-counter medication knowledge among pharmacists in India.
Jean Escudero, Ph.D., assistant professor of microbiology, will discuss the prevalence of and virulence factors associated with Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

He completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency in 2010 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in affiliation with Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Pharmacy. He is currently an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. He is also a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Primary Care at the VA St. Louis Health Care System – John Cochran Division. His areas of interest and clinical services include: diabetes, resistant hypertension, anticoagulation, headache disorders and smoking cessation. |

Stephanie Crist, Pharm.D. ’11, BCACP, BCGP, assistant professor of pharmacy practice and geriatric clinical pharmacist specialist, will discuss the mood effect and depression amongst older adults.
